Enterprise Account Executive

Factom is looking for experienced and energetic Enterprise Account Executives to evangelize blockchain and close deals with customers in the corporate segment. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will use consultative and value based selling techniques, serving as a strategic/solutions advisor for Factom customers. 

You will seek out new customers and educate C level technical staff on how Factom can meet their business needs. Prospecting, running discovery calls and demos, negotiating deals, and closing business, you’ll have the opportunity to lead Factom into the next chapter of success while bringing innovative technology to customers in need.

  • 4-year degree required

  • 5+ years successful software sales experience, SaaS preferred

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • History of success

  • Technical aptitude


  • Generate demand for Factom solutions by regularly meeting with customers at senior levels to understand their business drivers

  • Leverage internal marketing resources to successfully generate qualified opportunities, win new business and builds a long-term partnership with your customers

  • Coordinate with entire Factom team to successfully manage complex relationships and sales cycles with customers

  • Design and implement account penetration and coverage plan

  • Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources

  • Adapt appropriate sales methodology

  • Educate customers on key market trends and tailor solutions to challenge their approach to key corporate priorities

  • Develop and present Factom value proposition

  • Create an environment of collaboration with both the customer and the virtual sales team

  • Maintain awareness of competitive market

  • Call and email executives at all levels to facilitate deal closure

  • Manage the sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing

  • Use Salesforce.com for lead management and sales forecasting

  • Hit quarterly and yearly revenue targets

  • Focus on customer success to reinforce value of Factom brand

Experience Desired

  • Selling complex software solutions to C level clients to large accounts

  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas


  • Full time position with salary $90 - 120K, depending on experience

  • Commission of 5% new revenue (years 1-2) and 2% renewal revenue (years 3-4)
