On Monday, March 19, the Factom Community will be moving to Discord for our real-time communication platform. On that day, our Slack channels will be discontinued.

We have hit some road blocks with using Slack as a community platform, namely that messages delete automatically after a set time. The limitations on recorded messages have made our sub-communities move to a different platform and Slack has limited search options on old answers, links and developer directions. As we have gathered input from the Community, we believe the best solution is to move to Discord in order for our infrastructure to thrive and our community to grow. Our Discord channels will be the same as the ones in Slack, and will have the same moderators.

To join the new Discord server, please follow this link: https://discord.gg/VgNqE8W. We appreciate the feedback from the Community, and we look forward to seeing you on Discord.
