Factom Inc. + Factom Foundation Partnership

Partnership Factominc

We are proud to announce a new partnership. The Factom Foundation will be partnering with General Governance, (doing business as) Factom Inc., as a software development and implementation partner. Factom Inc.’s core offering will include providing “Blockchain as a Service” (BaaS).

Drawing inspiration from the Mozilla Foundation and Mozilla, Factom Inc. will build on the Factom Foundation brand to address the high number of inquiries and interest from Enterprise clients. Factom Inc. will be on-ramping new enterprise clients and allow the Foundation to focus on the core client and API development. Our new partnership will also accelerate the adoption of the protocol and the use of our software tokens.

Factom Inc. will drive commercial application of the Factom API and tokens (Factoids) by being one of the first companies to buy and to utilize the Factom token. Factom Inc. will purchase Factoids on behalf of enterprise customers when appropriate. This partnership will further help secure the future of the Factom Foundation and the open source software we are developing. By helping onramp new customers onto the Factom platform, the for-profit will work in tandem with the Factom Foundation’s mission of making the world’s systems honest using the Factom’s open source software.

Factom Inc. is headquartered in Austin, TX.  Accredited investors have the opportunity to purchase equity in the Factom Inc. Check out the profile for Factom Inc. here.
